🚂Born on a train from Prague to Berlin in 1921
Kurt Mühlenhaupt painted the people cameras usually ignore: children in backyards, elderly women at windows, market vendors living quiet, dignified lives. His Brandenburg landscapes stretch just as vast and silent. This exhibition brings both worlds together, asking what becomes visible when you turn away from the mainstream.
