Blumental is a sustainable café located inside a former union building, run by a founding collective that infuses the space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers delicious vegan and vegetarian delicacies, such as Turkish eggs with homemade herb-tahini yogurt, chickpea crunch, and za'atar, as well as fine hummus sabich, grilled pointed cabbage, BBQ mushrooms, and wax benedict. Guests can also enjoy a selection of constantly rotating cakes and exceptionally fluffy pistachio pancakes.
