Parks & Gardens
Caniparc
Toulouse
No grass, just pavement
No water fountain, bring your own
Bag dispensers and trash cans provided
A pocket-sized off-leash zone in central Toulouse that won't win any awards for spaciousness. Clean and fenced, but multiple reviewers note it's quite small—fine for a quick romp, less so for real runs.
