Activity Description
"Fædre og Sønner" is a storytelling performance exploring the relationship between fathers and sons, particularly when upbringing, language, culture, and expectations differ. It delves into what connects and separates them, what is passed down through generations, what changes, and the hopes and dreams fathers and sons carry. The performance features a group of men who share personal stories about their experiences as minority ethnic men, fathers, and sons, discussing love, responsibility, grief, betrayal, pride, and finding their place in family and society. Following the stories, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. This production is a revisit to C:NTACT's original "FÆDRE OG SØNNER" from 20 years ago, offering a contemporary look at the father-son relationship.
