🧇Bubble waffles come with tapioca or red bean

Happy Lemon brings Taiwan's cult bubble tea phenomenon to Paris. Their salted cheese foam topping is the star: creamy, savory, and weirdly perfect floating on jasmine tea or matcha. The bubble waffles here are stuffed with tapioca pearls and red bean for a proper sugar fix.
