Fifty-two plastic kiddie pools on a church roof are growing bok choy, cilantro, and Lenape pole beans for the neighborhood. The Hell's Kitchen Farm Project welcomes volunteers to help harvest crops that feed food-insecure residents, all while teaching food literacy between the Port Authority and Lincoln Tunnel.
