Passy's leafy streets hide the Hôtel de Polignac, the mansion where Winnaretta Singer once hosted Ravel and Satie for salon concerts. Today her foundation still fills those gilded rooms with music, making this one of the few aristocratic homes where you can actually hear a piano echo off 18th-century boiseries.
