🥬Try the veggie ramen with soy milk broth

The only ramen shop in Paris where Japanese customers openly slurp with joy. No signs, no music, no frills: just stone walls, keg stools, and every seat facing the steamy kitchen where rich tonkotsu broth simmers. Handmade noodles and the "Le Speciale" — pork belly, marinated egg, nori — bring the umami.
