Pelagic Zone
Hamburg experimental rock jam band
Headliner
Pelagic Zone is a Hamburg‑based formation that blends experimental rock, jam‑rock, and funk influences. The lineup—Bernd Ubben (lead guitar, vocals), Peter Urban (drums, percussion), Martin "Maui" Mundt (keyboards), and Julian Bohne (bass)—has performed over fifty live shows since their first Sunday afternoons in St. Pauli, developing a reputation for spontaneous improvisation that often sounds as polished as composed pieces.
