Relax in the lounge after dinner for tea and mignardises

Restaurant Yuu treats dinner like theater. From an 18-seat black stone counter, you watch Chef Yuu Shimano plate 15 to 18 courses of French technique infused with Japanese precision: think Hokkaido uni in vichyssoise, or duck en croute with foie gras. The open kitchen's choreography is half the show.
