One time onlyJazz en Phase - Steve Coleman and Five Elements + Gerald Clayton Trio
At LAPS - Parc des Expositions
La Renaudière, Nantes
Reviewers note a walk of roughly 150 to 200 metres from arrival to the venue.
Reviewers report that sound quality can sometimes feel muffled due to the venue acoustics.
Reviewers mention that standing crowds near the front can obstruct views from seated areas.
Cyclical structures and African rhythmic influences shape the avant-garde jazz of saxophonist Steve Coleman and Five Elements, sharing a double bill with the fluid, soul-inflected improvisations of the Gerald Clayton Trio.
Sunday, April 18, 6:00 PM
