Alex D’Alva is a Portuguese‑Brazilian musician, composer and DJ who mixes experimental and pop music. He began his career in 2012 with the EP Não É Um Projecto, formed the band D’ALVA, and has performed at festivals such as NOS Alive and Super Bock Super Rock. He also DJs in clubs like Lux Frágil and collaborates with artists including Grada Kilomba and the theatre company Teatro Praga.
