Allister Barsby and Alice Bussi have together created a delightful experience for their guests, anchored by the former's supremely skilled work in the kitchen along with his superb brigade. The kitchen doesn't reinvent the wheel, but delivers dishes of such fine crafting, with such beautiful balance and outstanding natural flavours, that you cannot help but be impressed.
