"Vous n'aurez pas la Bretagne !" is a play titled "Anne de Bretagne – Anne de France: L’AFFRONTEMENT" by Alain Péron. It explores the historical confrontation between Anne of France and Anne of Brittany at the end of the Middle Ages, focusing on Anne of France's attempt to subjugate Brittany and Anne of Brittany's lifelong fight for independence. The play has toured Brittany and Paris for three years and is coming to New York for a unique performance at the Cultural Center of the Lycée français de New York, in celebration of Fête de la Bretagne – Brittany Day.
The event includes a complimentary snack with Breton delicacies when doors open at 6 PM. The performance begins at 7 PM, followed by a presentation of the play and a Q&A session with the troupe.
