Activity Description

This film, directed by Pantelis Voulgaris with a screenplay by Ioanna Karystiani, runs for 132 minutes. It is a story of passion, family, and loss, centered on two sisters divided by their love for the same man. The title "Little England" refers to the island of Andros, where the film is set, and its success in rivaling England's shipping industry before WWII. The film won the Hellenic Film Academy Award for Best Picture. Both screenings will be followed by an audience Q&A with actor Andreas Konstantinou.
