Zoe and Obie, Patron and Illustrator Pioneers

June 11 at 6:30pm

Lenox Hill

Two pioneering spirits, one forgotten magazine. Step back into 1910s New York as scholar Eve M. Kahn uncovers the collaboration between writer-activist Zoe Anderson Norris and a young William Oberhardt, whose sketches of immigrant life filled her pages before he became famous. A pop-up exhibition of rare publications accompanies the evening.
