Instructor Susie Caramanica brings over two decades of personal practice and a warm, accessible approach to every class.
Susie is a certified RYT 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher who emphasizes strength, stretch, breath and balance. A former division 1 college track athlete, she discovered mindfulness through yoga during a serious health challenge and now focuses on making the practice accessible to everyone. She incorporates alignment and body-mind connection to bring a sense of calm, release and joy into each session.
The class is designed for all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. It is typically held outdoors on lawn space accessible via flat paved paths, with the instructor using a portable speaker. In case of inclement weather, the class moves indoors, though some indoor spaces are accessible only by stairs. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or restrictions before class begins.
