Built between 1492 and 1626, Saint-Étienne-du-Mont blends Flamboyant Gothic and Renaissance styles around Paris's only stone rood screen: an ornate carved barrier with delicate staircases that divides the nave. The church also safeguards one of the city's finest collections of 16th and 17th century stained glass, plus the reliquary of Saint Geneviève, patron saint of Paris.
