Stuart Robertson's first West Coast solo show transforms aluminum, textiles, bubble wrap, and glitter into striking mixed-media portraits of Black life. Drawing from his childhood in rural Jamaica, the artist weaves patois-inflected titles with autobiographical scenes: birthday parties, school days, and church mornings rendered in reflective surfaces and woven patterns.
