Église Saint-Léon d'Anglet

Anglet

Built in 1583 with stones from a demolished Bayonne church, this is Anglet's oldest place of worship. The twin galleries added for Basque parishioners and its stint as an English ammunition store in 1814 give it stories you can feel in the timber frame.
