These 18th and 19th-century dry-stone huts were built entirely without mortar by farmers clearing the land. Each borie took 13 tonnes of rock to construct, yet the vaulted roofs balance perfectly. Wander through twenty restored buildings including sheepfolds, a bread oven, and cisterns arranged like a real hamlet.
