Activity Description

"L’homme qui rétrécit" is a new adaptation of Richard Matheson's cult novel. The story follows Paul, an ordinary man with a shipbuilding company, his wife Elise, and their daughter Mia. During a sea outing, Paul encounters an unexplainable meteorological phenomenon and begins to shrink inexorably. Science offers no explanation or help. When he accidentally becomes trapped in his own cellar, measuring only a few centimeters, he must fight for survival in his now perilous home environment. This experience forces Paul to confront himself, his humanity, and the great questions of existence. The film is both an initiatory tale and a grand adventure film.
