Five centuries ago, Carlos V rolled into Sevilla to marry Isabel of Portugal, and the city just threw a theatrical parade to relive the drama. The Real Alcázar still hosts royalty today: wander from Moorish courtyards to Gothic tapestries, then get happily lost in gardens where peacocks roam free.
