Harold Mabern was a Rock-of-Gibraltar presence in jazz for over 60 years, and this tribute brings together a heavyweight quartet to honor what would have been his 90th birthday. Saxophonist Eric Alexander, pianist Cyrus Chestnut, bassist Nat Reeves, and drummer Carl Allen celebrate Mabern's legacy and the remastered 10th anniversary edition of his beloved "Afro Blue" recording.
