Église Notre-Dame-des-Forges de Tarnos

Tarnos

Built in 1895 by an iron company boss with zero permission, this Neo-Gothic church hides a secret: twelve tons of steel hold the whole thing up. The stained glass and soaring spire are classic, but that industrial skeleton makes it unlike any other house of worship around.
