Activity Description
Improve your mental and physical health with mindfulness meditation sessions. Each session consists of 45 minutes of sitting and/or walking meditation, followed by 15 minutes of group sharing and Q&A. No registration is required, and all levels of experience are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and/or meditation cushions, though chairs will be available.
