He is the first chef to receive a Star on Hollywood Boulevard.
• Erica Marcus: Newsday food expert, who will moderate the conversation.

Activity Description

Join a special conversation with chef, restaurateur, and author Bobby Flay at Newsday’s headquarters. The talk, moderated by Newsday food expert Erica Marcus, will focus on Flay’s new book, Chapter One (Clarkson Potter, $60.00). This book is his eighteenth cookbook and compiles 100 timeless recipes along with essays inspired by key moments from his career.
