Peculiar Puppets vol. XII is a retrospective of forgotten vintage short films featuring hand puppets, ventriloquist dolls, marionettes, and stop-motion creatures, all filmed in the 1930s through the 1970s. The films are presented in glorious 16mm, with prints hand-selected from Tommy José Stathes's personal 16mm film archive. The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A session with Stathes.
