La Scala Paris is a beautifully preserved 19th-century theater that hosts everything from concerts to theater to cabaret in an intimate, historic setting. The programming is eclectic, the acoustics are excellent, and the upstairs restaurant serves surprisingly refined three-course meals at prices that feel like a typo.
