Description

This special screening features "Urban Flesh," an 80-minute, Canadian pseudo-snuff SOV (Shot-on-Video) film from 1999. Set in Montreal, the film depicts a collision of disturbed individuals involved in home invasions, thrill-killing, and cannibalism, focusing on sex, drugs, and violence. It is described as late-90s SOV slasher grime, an abrasive collage of sleaze and nihilism with a fixation on unfiltered violent ecstasy.

The screening also includes a special pre-feature showing of the SOV slasher short "Blood Rail" (2025), followed by a cast and crew Q&A.
