Artists & Performers

  • j.p.mot: A cross-disciplinary researcher, conceptual artist, educator, and creative technologist of Cambodian origin, born in Montreal. He works between Montreal and New York, exploring themes of identity, consumerism, and immigration through various media like collage, sculpture, prints, and mixed media. His work has been exhibited internationally and supported by organizations suchm as the Canada Art Council and the New York Foundation for the Arts. He is also a visiting instructor at Pratt Institute.
  • Aditi Kini (Moderator): A writer who creates prose, scripts, and text objects. She recently began a PhD in environmental humanities at the University of Chicago and is the recipient of Essay Press’s Chapbook Prize for her collection "Oriental Cyborg" (2024).
