Detroit-based singer-songwriter Lorian Janine will bring her soulful alternative pop to A2SF for the first time. Her music combines emotional depth with ethereal melodies, capturing themes of love, loss, and self-discovery. Janine's voice is described as both intimate and expansive, complementing music that blends elements of indie folk, soul, R&B, and alternative pop. Her songs are anchored by vivid storytelling and honest lyricism. Janine began her musical journey as a violinist and transitioned to singing in her early twenties. She was an Amplify Washtenaw recipient in 2022 and is scheduled to release her debut album this year. The performance offers an opportunity to experience her voice and expressive music live at Top of the Park.
