Rose B. Simpson fuses lowrider culture with Pueblo pottery traditions by painting classic cars with black-on-black motifs inspired by legendary potter Maria Martinez. Her refurbished 1985 Chevy El Camino and 1964 Buick Riviera transform the de Young's Wilsey Court into a mobile gallery of Indigenous visual language.
