L'Embarcadère sits right on the Loire, where the terrace fills with Blois locals and the kitchen turns out crisp fried smelts, perfect mussels, and excellent steak tartare. It's the kind of unpretentious riverside spot where a few pichets of wine and the sunset do most of the work.
