Dr. Gawande's appearance is underwritten by the Behar Family in memory of Drs. Don & Elaine Ehrman and Jerry Behar.

Activity Description

Dr. Atul Gawande will discuss how patients and families can have meaningful conversations with physicians and clinicians about aging and terminal illness, and how to ensure that what people truly care about is not sacrificed. He will be joined by Dr. Mark Adams. The event will also highlight El Camino Health’s commitment to improving community health. Proceeds from the evening will benefit health programs at El Camino Health.
