Fresh stone-milled flour from Northeast grains becomes custardy, nutty breads and pastries at this Gowanus mill and bakery. Former Blue Hill baker Patrick Shaw-Kitch runs the stone mills upstairs, then transforms that flour into the legendary Biscone and rotating daily loaves below.
