Swim & Run

• Address: Plage du Nau, Le Pouliguen

• Prices: Minimum 1€ per person (fully donated to charities supporting individuals)

• Activity Description: This is an original training event for teams of two. It involves a 500m swim at Plage du Nau followed by a 10km bike and run (two 5km loops on the "côte sauvage"). The event is listed on the calendar and recognized by the French Triathlon Federation.
• Registration: Registration takes place at the foot of Le Pouliguen Town Hall.
