Tone House brings serious weightlifting energy to Manhattan. Each session zeroes in on one complex barbell lift like back squats or deadlifts, paired with targeted accessory work. The programming mirrors collegiate and pro weight rooms, alternating between heavy low-rep days and lighter high-rep sessions.
