Rock ConcertCloud Nothings bring their signature rock sound to Portsmouth, joined by the genre-defying, shoegaze-inflected folk of Knifeplay.
Knifeplay
Philadelphia‑origin shoegaze‑folk hybrid band
Knifeplay began as Tj Strohmer’s solo bedroom‑recording project and evolved into a collaborative band that blends nihilistic shoegaze textures with emotionally honest folk songwriting, featuring lush orchestral instrumentation and philosophical lyrics drawn from Strohmer’s Philadelphia upbringing and rural Maryland roots.
