Vienna spreads out beneath you from the 18th floor while a well-crafted four-course menu unfolds. The warm, stylish room and knockout skyline make it a natural choice for celebrations, though service can be inconsistent. No reservation? The central bar welcomes walk-ins for cocktails with the same jaw-dropping view.
