For one week each August, Saint-Pierre transforms into a slice of the Basque Country: red and white banners flutter over streets filled with the crack of pelota, the smell of grilling chorizo, and bandas playing until dawn. Watch athletes compete in traditional games, graze on pintxos and Basque Cake from food stalls, and dance at the closing ball.
