Wake up and move at Jacob's Pillow, America's legendary dance center in the Berkshires. Each weekday morning offers a different flavor: Modern/Contemporary on Wednesdays, West African Dance & Spiritual Well-Being on Thursdays, and Ballet on Fridays. All levels, including complete beginners, are welcome to stretch, sweat, and soak up the creative energy.
