Built in 1765, this Palladian mansion served as George Washington's headquarters and later home to Eliza Jumel—Aaron Burr's wife and America's wealthiest woman. Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote parts of Hamilton in Burr's bedroom here. Tour period rooms filled with colonial artifacts and Federal-era furniture.
